Remember, in order to retake a quiz/test, you must REDO each problem you missed. Fold this paper in half; on the left side write the number of the problem you missed and redo it correctly. On the right side, explain why you missed it the first time and what you did differently this time. Have this signed and bring back to me and MAKE AN APPOINTMENT to retake the quiz/test. Then you may come in on your appointment date during lunch to retake the quiz/test. (I recommend you bring your lunch so you have enough time to retake the test.) Quizzes and tests may not be retaken after month from the original test date.
Basic Skills tests can be taken more than once until you earn up to 100% but not after one month from the original test date. Quizzes and tests, however, will earn no higher than 75% on a retake!
If you are absent and miss a quiz/test, you can make up the quiz/test during class, or if you prefer not to miss class, you may make an appointment for a make-up test during lunch with no penalty in grade.
