Once you hit $1000 in Personal Retail Sales (PRS) and achieve yellow status, you get a RAISE! You will start earning 25% on all sales. You will begin to earn money off of your downline once you hit pink status which is $250 in PRS sales, 1 active first level Presenter and $2000 in company wholesale sales for the month. Your recognized status will never go down once you reach it. However, your “paid as” status resets at the beginning of every month. The only exception is that once you hit yellow, you never go back to white. For example, if you hit pink in June, you will be paid an additional 3% on your company wholesale sales for the entire month JUNE! July first, you bump to YELLOW again earning a minimum of 25% and work toward pink status and higher.You pay full retail price for your purchases. You will receive your commission back within 24 hours to your PAYQUICKER account. It is possible this will change in the future.You are paid in a PayQuicker account every evening for any sales made in the last 24 hours. After you make your first sale you should receive and email from them so you can set up your account.After you reach $50 in commission, PayQuicker will issue and send out your debit card where all of your future commission will be deposited. Your PayQuicker account is like any other bank account where you can transfer money in and out or just use your credit/debit card.You must sell $125 worth of products every 90 days to stay active as a presenter.If you ever have technical , order or product issues please contact customer support via your website or email support@Your upline is also your first point of contact for questions.To check your current status you can go under “my tools” then to “my office.”You must order Business cards through your back officeAny add that you post outside of your personal FB page or onto VP’s must be approved by Corporate. Any posters/banners/clothing etc must receive approval. AdApproval@NEVER tag Melanie/Derek on a post or ask questions of them. Always go through your Sponsor with any questionsThere is a “style guide” posted under the FILES TAB on my group and it shows approved fonts/logos/colors etc. ALWAYS be positive and supportive on postsParties and Orders-When placing an order, you should always order through a party. This way you can earn hostess rewards on your own orders or you can help your hostesses to earn more rewards. It is helpful to always have an open party going on your website.Orders ship as soon as they are placed- no waiting for a party to close.Shipping is $5.50 flat rate or free on orders over $100. We currently ship to all 50 states, APO/FPO’s to Puerto Ricco, Guam and the USVI’s. Canada deliveries are slightly higherWe are launching in the UK and Australia in 2014!You must be Facebook friends to set them up as a hostessYou do not have to have a FB account to place an order. There is an option for your customer to log in without FB on your websiteWhen you start a party from your Ysite, it will automatically generate a Facebook Event. You will want to go in and edit or delete this event depending on your party plan. SEE “VP TIPS” under the files tab for more infoYou might consider setting up a group for your VP instead of an event. If you do this, simply delete the EVENT from FBSee the Virtual Party Hostess Doc for tips on hosting and throwing successful parties.Include the party (not Facebook) link from your YOUNIQUE website in everything you post. People from mobile devices and tablets cannot always click the party link to go shopping if you don’t. There are pictures in my team group that you can use for advertising in parties and on your Facebook pages.The more excited and interactive you are on your parties, the better! People will feed off of your enthusiasm.I would not push recruiting or scheduling other parties until the end of the party you are currently running. We don’t want our hostesses feeling like we are poaching their guests. However, if an opportunity comes up, take it!Your hostess cannot redeem her rewards until the day after her party closes. She needs to go through your website to do it and she must be logged into her account. Any Younique cash or rewards you or a hostess earns will show up when you go to check out, after adding items to your cart. Younique cash cannot be used to pay for shipping or taxes or applied to any half priced items.Hostess half price reward redemptions do not count towards your PRSIf a Hostess pays with Ycash, the remaining amount will count toward your PRS.Hostess rewards are good for an entire year and do not have to be used all at once. If your hostess has more than one party, the rewards will be deposited with the others and remain on their account for a year.Facebook AccountsBusiness Facebook pages can be a great way to spread the word about your business.Go to this page and click “Create Page” on the top right corner. set my page up as “brand/ product” and then went under “health/beauty.”Your Facebook page name or image must say something about you being an Independent Presenter and not give the illusion that you are representing the corporate page. If you have any questions about the name of your page, submit an email to COMPLIANCE@ for approval before posting.Link your FB biz page to a twitter accountProduct Info:Be sure to print the PRODUCT TRAINING GUIDEAll Younique mineral pigments are made from 100% pure minerals. No fillers, talc, parabens, preservatives, etc.Brushes are made from pony and goat hair and are cruelty free. (There is a document under the files tab with additional info on the brushes)Detailed product ingredients can be found on the website for customers who are concerned about allergies etcEducate yourself on our products and ingredients.
