User's Guide For Microsoft Outlook

Configuring Microsoft Outlook for Contact Directory (LDAP) 1. Click start on Microsoft Outlook 2. Go to File Tab and click on Account Settings

3. On Address Books tab , click New for create New Internet Directory Service

4. Select Internet Direct Service ( LDAP ) and click Next

5. Enter Internet Directory field : dir..my and tick this server requires me to log on then Click More Settings

Contact Directory ( LDAP ) 6. On the Search tab Click on Custom and enter OU=Groups,OU=Sabah,DC=sabah,DC=gov,DC=my tick the "Enable Browsing" and click Apply

7. Click Next

6. Click OK and restart your Microsoft Outlook
