| |Work with Registrar to add details of prospects and follow up |

| |Communicate details of pupil starters and leavers to Director of IT to ensure timely removal of computer accounts |

| |Produce reports from Daybook for Heads of School |

| |Create and generate data reports as requested by other members of staff |

| |Keep Schoolbase up to date with student changes – liaising with office staff |

| |Input student and staff timetables into Schoolbase |

| |Update users each summer to ensure they are in correct year |

| |Liaise with Director of IT about implementation of new functions |

| |Population of timetable with teaching groups and update pupil changes throughout the year |

| |Clearing/tidying up database at end of school year – moving up, deleting old tags, swap & drop. |

| |Loading pupil and staff photos |

| |Academic reports and tracking |

| |Set up and monitor academic reports – termly or half termly as required |

| |Generate tracking information from reports |

| |Generate pupil targets from reports |

| |Monitor completion of reports and inform heads of school of missing data |

| |Parent Portal |

| |Manage usernames for parent portal access – liaise with parents as needed |

| |Set up Parents' Evening Appointments for Staff and Parents |

| |Upload letters |

| |Upload Reports |

| |Upload Pupil Timetables |

| |Upload Homework Timetables |

| |Create activities list, assign members of staff and timetable |

| |Publish clubs for parent portal signup |

| |Produce reports of activities sign-ups and distribute to relevant staff |

| |Create bus management profiles, make available to parent portal, monitor signups and generate registers |

|Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing and be able to communicate equally well in person, by telephone, via e-mail or in writing|

|Excellent IT skills and be conversant in Microsoft Outlook, Work, Excel and Power Point |

|Have experience of using databases in particular Schoolbase |

|Qualifications and Experience |

|Hold GCSE English and Maths or the equivalent |

|Experience of working within a busy office undertaking receptionist duties. |

|Hold a First Aid at Work Qualification or hold a First Aid Appointed Persons qualification or be willing to train |
