 Title: Lesson #6 - The West Region: States and CapitalsLesson Overview: This lesson will span over four days of instruction and a fifth for assessment. Students will learn the states and capitals of the West region of the United States. Students are introduced to the topic via Western Capitals and States via video on YouTube. Students will then fill-in-blanks on the States and Capitals worksheet. Students will also complete different daily activities on different online resources which will assist in learning the states and capitals of the West Region. The students will complete the assessment on Google Forms; goal is for students to obtain a score of 90%.
