Together, write a final draft for your script. Practice reading it several times so that you sound as natural as possible when speaking. When you feel ready, ask Se?orita for a tape recorder, and you may begin recording.When you are recording, make sure to state both of your full names and class period at the beginning of the tape and then proceed with the announcement. It should be a minimum of one minute in length.On a blank piece of paper, create a rough draft for a promotional flyer for your new business. It should include the target grammar concepts, the name of your business, a slogan, important information, and directions to your business via different transportation systems. Refer to the included flyer example in the Activity B folder for help with including this information. Using Microsoft Publisher, make a final computer-generated copy of your promotional flyer. When you are finished, save a copy of the flyer to Mrs. McGriff’s S:/drive. You should label it with your last names, class period, and Flyer (HenryLawson3_Flyer). Print a hard copy of your final to turn in.When you are finished, retrieve a rubric (oral communication) and staple that to your final draft, promotional flyer, rough draft, and brainstorming list, in that order. Note on the rubric which recorder you used for the recording.
