The objectives of the Community Health Fair include:

? To increase health awareness and disease prevention for the community by providing health screenings, educational information, and related activities.

? Increase awareness of local, state, and national health services and resources. ? Motivate participants to make positive health behavior changes.

Activities Include: General Health Screenings, Career Opportunities, Healthy Snacks, Door Prizes, Insurance Information, Higher Education, Zumba, Games, Voter Registration, Community Services and MORE!

We are asking your agency or business to provide a case of water and door prize. Please bring your own equipment such as handouts, posters, folding table, extension cords, three-prong adapters, etc. If you require additional space or specific electrical requirements, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address each of these needs before the day of the health fair.
