LOS ANGELES-- Medbox, Inc. (OTCQB:MDBX) (), a leading licensing,

infrastructure and security specialist, patented technology provider, and partner to the

cannabis industry, is pleased to announce that on February 3, 2015, its client, Nature¡¯s

Treatment of Illinois, was awarded a medical marijuana dispensary authorization from the

state of Illinois.

Medbox was engaged by Nature¡¯s Treatment to advise and lead the application process,

and following the award, Nature¡¯s Treatment has subsequently engaged Medbox

Management Services, Inc., a wholly owned Medbox subsidiary, to provide ongoing

management services. This will include identifying qualified state-screened third party

operators who will assume operation of the medical marijuana dispensary, with

professional oversight being provided by Medbox.

The award to Nature¡¯s Treatment from the Illinois Department of Financial and

Professional Regulation stated in part, ¡°After a review of your Medical Cannabis

Dispensary Application, the Division has selected your application as the most qualified in

District 7 in connection with the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program

Act 410 ILCS 130.¡±
