In partnership with The Regional Sales, Product and Business Line Teams develop and maintain strategies for Sales Promotions & Advertising campaigns.

Support the Regional, Business and Product Line Teams in achieving growth by collaborating and developing a catalogue of promotions, promotional calendars and other marketing activities and in the execution of these.

The role is key partner in the Sol Marketing Leadership Team.

KPIs will be used to measure success in this role and results will be delivered in a BOLD manner. ? Partner and Support Regional Sales, Loyalty, Product and Business Line teams

in developing Promotions and Communications.

? Consolidate and align Marketing Activity Plans across The Group to optimise and ensure an activity calendar that covers the full year without conflicts between different activities.

? Conduct, extract and share learning including ROI from the post investment reviews.

? Conduct research, develop marketing promotions that support market leader positioning and maintain a competitive advantage.

? Build strong stakeholder relationships; negotiate with key stakeholders to ensure maximum value is earned from these Vendor Relationships across the region.

? Sustain and evolve a high-performance culture that builds on past success and supports One Parkland's mission and strategy.

? Manage the relationship with the advertising agencies and ensure that we optimize the interfaces and build in-house capabilities to speed up the process and reduce agency costs.

? Any other duties, as compatible with the level of position that may be assigned from time to time.

? A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field ? Minimum 5 years previous experience in Marketing, Brand & Communication or

Retail sales. ? Strong business acumen skills and business agility for decision making. ? Strong leadership skills, highly developed sense of accountability, passion and

track record for delivering results. ? Ability to manage, lead, coach and develop others. ? Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and highly analytical with a proven

ability to find innovate and creative solutions to challenges. ? Ability to develop promotions and communication strategy. ? Demonstrated capability of delivering results on time and on budget. ? Strong interpersonal skills, customer focused and service orientation with a

strong ability to negotiate and persuade in an effective manner. ? Excellent oral and written communication skills along with strong presenting

abilities. ? Strong technical competency on MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint & Word). ? Ability to speak English and preferably also Spanish or French. ? Up to date with knowledge regarding the trends/developments in consumer

research, loyalty and marketing and sales and promotions programmes.
