Repeat Every Month:

[ ] Schedule an open house this month, create an event for it on Social Media, and post a live video of yourself at the Open House!

[ ] Schedule out 5 Facebook posts for the month! [ ] Respond to and comment on social media posts! [ ] Attend any training provided by Nasimah to help boost your marketing skills! [ ] Ask for reviews and testimonials from previous clients; when a client has had a great experience with you, don't be shy to ask for a review! If possible, try to get a photo of them as well. Make the most of these testimonials by placing them strategically on your website and sharing them on social media! [ ] Review one listing of yours and ask yourself how you can improve your marketing - does the listing need new photos? Drone footage? Perhaps a 3D Virtual Tour! [ ] Review your social media accounts and be sure that they are all updated with your most recent accomplishments and contact information! [ ] Join a local Facebook group and post useful information in it once per week!

[ ]Plan a New Year giveaway with a goal to gain 100 new followers on Facebook

[ ]Send out New Year's cards in the mail or electronically!

[ ]Do you have any newlywed clients? Send them a Valentine's Day card with a gift certificate to Mi Scuzi's!

[ ]Host a March Madness Happy Hour at a local restaurant and invite all of your past and present clients! Consider inviting a local loan officer to co-host!

[ ]Update your social media profiles with your volume accomplishments from the previous year

[ ]Pinterest boards are a great way to provide images and information for specific listings. You can create a Pinterest board for a single property that highlights and major benefits of the area.

[ ] Do a Facebook caption contest for St. Patrick's day. Get creative with the photo and have your facebook followers caption the photo choose the best caption and do a St. Patrick's themed give away for the winner.

Host Free Seminars For Home Buyers: [ ] Make yourself and your knowledge available to the community by hosting mini-seminars. Consider providing a basic 101 seminar about the basics of home buying and mortgages. Pair up with other agents, loan officers, or attorneys!

[ ] Write a blog, schedule a few Facebook posts, or send an email blast to your clients with helpful information on seasonal homeowner reminders like getting your garden started!

[ ] Give away seed packets at your closings this month!

June

[ ]Volunteer at a company event: Poker Paddle, Relay for Life, or Frolic on the Bay!

[ ]Pledge $5 to a local organization of your choice for every client that attends an open house of yours in the month of June!

July

[ ] Join a local facebook group and post useful information in it once per week.

[ ] Create an Open House giveaway to gain likes on Social Media and encourage attendance at your Open House's this month raffle off a local experience, like tickets to Waldameer!

[ ] Create an effective drip campaign on Placester and be sure to stay up on managing their content.

August

[ ] Familiarize yourself with the Nextdoor App

September

[ ] Create an Instagram account and educate yourself on all its features. Utilize the story tool to show off listings and take polls about favorite home features!

[ ]Send a local care package to clients that are new to the area after they close; include movie or theater tickets, restaurant gift cards, or passes to Waldameer!

[ ] Get to know the local school districts and consider supporting any major fundraisers to get your name out in the community!

October

[ ] Write a blog, schedule a few Facebook posts, or send an email blast to your clients with helpful information on how to get your home ready for winter this fall!

November

[ ]Get in the spirit of giving! Volunteer at a local soup kitchen or food pantry and invite fellow agents to join you.

[ ] Sign up to volunteer at Trail of Treats with the Agresti team!

[ ] Collect canned goods from clients for Second Harvest Food Bank!

December

[ ] Update your CRM so that you're ready to send Holiday Greeting cards!

[ ] Consider sponsoring a local child through a "Take a Toy" program and ask your clients to join you!

[ ] Send out Holiday Greeting cards to all of your clients and valued partners.
