Delivery will be via the most appropriate marketing channels and through a mixture of facilitation and implementation. Results of marketing activity will be evaluated to measure success. Keep the Malaysia marketing team and the Head of Strategic Marketing based in Southampton informed of all marketing activity via relevant communication channels.30%Act as the main point of contact between the Communications & Marketing department based in Southampton, and the University of Southampton Malaysia Campus marketing team. Maintain a close relationship with colleagues from other Professional Services (especially the International Office) and keep up to date with all developments regarding the University of Southampton Malaysia Campus.20%Liaise with the relevant faculty marketing teams to ensure that there is clear coordination of marketing activities and communication between all teams involved, to facilitate the successful implementation of the University of Southampton Malaysia Campus integrated marketing plan.10%Project manage the marketing and communications involvement in the Welcome activities for University of Southampton Malaysia Campus students transferring to the Southampton campus. Ensure there is consistency and integration with other Welcome activities taking place across the University, and that there is clear communication with the Malaysia team.10%Attend, and organise when required, regular marketing team meetings with the Malaysia and Southampton marketing teams, to present and agree the University of Southampton Malaysia Campus’ marketing plan, review progress on current initiatives, discuss problems arising and identify new challenges. Meetings may take place face-to-face or remotely. Book rooms, circulate agendas and take minutes.10%Ensure the application of the University’s brand across all media, print, digital, and otherwise, encouraging creative solutions which both cater for diverse markets and niche requirements. 5%Manage the University of Southampton Malaysia Campus’ marketing budget allocated to the Southampton team to ensure value for money.
