How to Order Your Free Name Badges

With the heightened safety concerns, consumers like to see sales and service representatives with identification badges. Each Trane Comfort Specialist dealer receives two free ID badges per year, which can be ordered on this site under the Comfort Specialist materials section.

Use the provided template to create your name badges and add them to the cart. To redeem your 2 free name badges, enter your personalized coupon code when you check out.

Your personalized coupon code can be found in the coupon section of the 2017 Interactive Enrollment Kit that was emailed to you.

Your code will expire on December 15, 2017, any free badges that are not redeemed will NOT roll over into 2018.

Q: What can I buy with my coupon code? How often can I use my coupon code? A: You receive two free name badges with your coupon code; once you have

ordered both badges, it will no longer be valid. If you order additional badges at the same time as the two free ones, you will receive a price break on all badges. Q: I am trying to personalize my material with my logo and can't upload it. A: The Order Center does use pop up windows when generating your proof. Some web browsers will block the pop up windows. So, you will need to allow pop up windows for this site.

Q: Any recommendations on what type of photo I should upload for my badge? A: You should use a photo with a light color backdrop. Also, try to avoid using a

textured backdrop such as a brick wall. All pictures should be taken from the shoulders up.

Q: I clicked the download button but nothing happens. A: Depending on your operating system and how your browser is set up, the

site may download the file directly to your desktop or open it in a new tab or window.

Q: I'm trying to checkout using a credit card and I keep getting an error. A: Make sure you are using Internet Explore when on the site. It is the preferred

browser. If you are using IE and continue to get an error, make sure that your billing address matches the address on your credit card statement.

Q: Do I have to access the site through ComfortSite? A: Yes, in order to use the site and have access to the Comfort Specialist materials

you must access the site from ComfortSite.
