The job will also work closely with the Senior Marketing Comms Specialist to ensure the successful roll out of key marketing projects. This means providing support for effective execution of marketing communication activities to deliver Bupa NZ’s marketing objectives, including advertising, publications, collateral and digital channels.The job is located at Support Office Auckland.The job reports to the Senior Marketing Communications Specialist.This job description was created in March 2021.Freedom of action/Dimensions:This role will be under close guidance of the Senior Marketing Communications Specialist or other members of the marketing team as directed by the Senior Marketing Manager.KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESWork with Operations, villages and care homes to identify sites that need additional support and assistance to improve promotion to their local community. Working closely with the Bupa Design team and the Senior Marketing Communications Specialist to deliver a high quality, effective, consistent imagery to market via advertising, collateral, local area marketing, digital signage etcCampaign coordination including briefing advertisements into our internal Bupa Design Studio and submitting to our agencySupport development of marketing materialLiaison with internal teams (various) to coordinate marketing collateralProofing copy for website and promotional materialAudit and monitor all marketing collateral across retirement villages, care homes and corporate portfoliosManagement of the marketing enquiries inboxManagement of Dokio, with approval of all collateral (except newsletters)Online ordering portal content reprint approvalsUploading available Village properties to Trade Me, Village Guide and Eldernet sitesUploading photos to multiple online sitesConduct desk-based and fieldwork research to generate market analysis insightWorking with other Support Office teams to provide marketing communications expertise and supportEnsure all marketing communication materials adhere to brand guidelines and tone of voiceManage key stakeholder relationships with villages and care homes, and the Support Office and Market Unit teamsBuild effective working relationships with team members, sharing knowledge and expertiseStakeholder managementGeneral administrative supportOther responsibilities as directed by the Senior Marketing Manager6069965-114251BupaUndertakes personal and professional development by:Directing self in learning opportunities, seeking support as requiredDeliverable: Legal and regulatory compliance, adherence to internal operating procedures together with the management of business risks is the responsibility of every Bupa employee.
