General Information and Policies

It is preferred that food and beverage be purchased and served by the hotel. If bringing in food from an outside vendor or caterer, you will be required to sign a Food & Beverage waiver. Utensils, glassware and paper products will not be provided by the Hotel with outside catering.

Guarantees

In order to make your meeting a success, please guarantee your number of guests at least 3 business days (72 hours) prior to your event start date. The expected number will act as the final guarantee number if the guarantee number is not received by this time.

Service Charge and Tax

All food and beverage prices are subject to a 22% service charge and the current sales tax, 7.50%.

Shipping

If shipping materials to the hotel, please include the company/group name, event manager and date of the meeting on the outside of the package. The hotel cannot assume responsibility for the damage or loss of merchandise sent for storage. Please schedule Delivery for no more than 2 business days before your event

Food Preparation Waiver and

Indemnification Agreement

HOTELPOLICY It is the policy of this Hotel to discourage Hotel patrons from purchasing food from sources other than the Hotel kitchen facilities to prepare and serve food to other Hotel guests. Improper handling of food may lead to food poisoning and other health hazards. However, the Hotel recognizes that for religious or other special reasons a Hotel patron may have, it may be necessary to permit such purchase, preparation and service. In the event that a patron insists on purchasing, preparing or serving food by other than hotel employees, the Hotel may allow such activity only if such patron acknowledges, by its signature below, its agreements to accept the responsibility and abide by the terms set forth in this agreement.

WAIVER Patron agrees to waive any claim for damages of any nature and release the Hotel, its owner, Marriott International, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from any liability or responsibility whatsoever for any ill effect, injury, or loss incurred by patron or any third party including all manner of actions, causes of action, suits, debts, damages or claims and demands of any type whatsoever, occurring from, connected with, or originating from Patron's purchase, preparation or service of food at the Hotel.

INDEMNIFICATION Patron agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Hotel, its owner, Marriott International, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from and against all liability, claims, suits, damages, judgments, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, to which any of the above-named parties may be subject by reason of any claim for, any injury to, or death of any person or persons, or for damages to property or otherwise arising from or in connection with Patron's purchase, preparation or service of food at the Hotel.

PATRON'SACKNOWLEDGEMENT Patron's signature below indicates that Patron has read and understood this Agreement and agrees to its contents. Patron also acknowledges that the person signing on behalf of Patron is authorized to bind Patron to the terms of this Agreement.
