A WORD ABOUT ROOM RESERVATIONS:

You are responsible for making room reservations. Please refer to the PSM Conference when making reservations so agents can offer special group rates. Marriott will hold rooms reserved in the room block until 5:00pm on July 2, 2007. After the cut-off date, Marriott will determine whether or not it can accept reservations based on a space-and-rate available basis, at Practical Software Measurement’s group rate.

Rates are:

King (single, double, triple, quad) $154.00

Double-Double (single, double, triple, quad) $154.00

The per diem rate for Golden is $127.00. If available, this rate will be offered to those who qualify.

Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 4.6%) in effect at the time of check-out.

ROOM CANCELLATIONS:

Should you need to, you are responsible for canceling your room reservation and abiding by Marriott's cancellation policy.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION:

The Support Center will email participants a conference confirmation letter after receiving a completed conference registration form.

CONFERENCE REFUND POLICY:

Conference cancellations received by email or in writing to the PSM Support Center by July 1, 2007, will receive a refund. Substitutions or alternate persons are acceptable.
