New Business--DISCUSSION/ACTION--Chad Aschtgen, ND, Chair Estimated Time: 30 minutes 2.1 Rule Petitions The board will consider the following rule petitions requesting amendments to WAC 246-836-080 that takes effect January 1, 2021. 2.1.1 Emily Hare, ND, is requesting recognition of other state boards' approved CE as meeting the Category 1 requirements. 2.1.2 Mihal Davis, ND, is requesting recognition of other state boards' or Canadian provincial colleges' approved CE as meeting the Category 1 requirements. 2.1.3 Xochitl Palomino, ND, is requesting recognition of other state boards' or Canadian provincial colleges' approved CE as meeting the Category 1 requirements. 2.1.4 Melinda Nickels, ND, is requesting recognition of other state boards' or Canadian provincial colleges' approved CE as meeting the Category 1 requirements. 2.1.5 Jennifer Silapie, ND, is requesting recognition of other state boards' or Canadian provincial colleges' approved CE as meeting the Category 1 requirements.

2.2 COVID-19 impacts The board will discuss the current COVID-19 outbreak and impacts on the profession from response measures, to include continuing education.
