We are the Marywood Franciscan Spirituality Center, located on the shores of Trout Lake in the beautiful Wisconsin Northwoods near Arbor Vitae. Our mission is to engage persons seeking greater meaning in life and a deeper relationship with God, others. In the applicant we are seeking a spiritual leader who is passionate about helping others grow has the heart of a servant leader is a creative, engaging presenter, good with details, organized, able to work collaboratively as a team has a positive impact on people and earth lives the Franciscan value of hospitality and welcomes all with compassion and acceptance has knowledge and experience of spirituality and theology, at a level acquired through completion of a Master's Degree, certified as a spiritual director, at least 2 years of experience preferred

As Coordinator, you will design, lead, and evaluate year-round programs and retreats, both on-site and off. This will include people of multiple faith traditions, income levels, and cultures.
