I was on the Toledo Bar Association’s Real Estate Committee during the revision of the Residential Real Estate Purchase Agreement.

Responsibilities: I audited and revised the Internal Controls related to all aspects of construction. I monitored over $200 million dollars of construction covering hundreds of projects. I monitored the Board of Trustee Minutes, Bond restrictions, OBOR funding restrictions/requirements, and Federal funding restrictions/requirements. I discovered and recovered over $1.4 million dollars of lost funds. I created multiple computer programs to assist in the General Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Facilities Planning Departments. I established which software Computer Services would support for the non-faculty Administration. I performed the Bank Reconciliation for the entire University of Toledo. I created the Budget Departments Procedures Manual. I creatively resolved unexpected pitfalls for the Vice Presidents (financial and legal). I served as on the Supervisory Committee and Vice-Chairman for the UT-MCO Federal Credit Union. I performed year end duties for Plant Accounting and assisted General Accounting. I acted effectively as liaison between the External Auditors and The University of Toledo General Accounting Department.

Responsibilities: I performed audits of individual and businesses focusing on the criminal aspect and instilling voluntary compliance. I started the investigation leading to one of the biggest multi-agency arrests of the 1990s.
