An informational interview is an opportunity for you to ask questions about the firm, its practice areas, its culture, and the candidates it considers as a good fit. Unlike traditional interviews, there is no immediate position opening.? Instead, these informational interviews are an opportunity to preview the firms from Minneapolis that will be attending the Fall On Campus Interviews (OCI). These informational interviews are also a good practice session to become familiar with the logistics of the Fall OCI bidding process.
