Reopening Resource Distribution to Schools: Dates and Locations

Purpose

The AOE is moving forward with a second phase distribution of resources to support school reopening. As part of this distribution, your school will receive the following:

? Kits of PPE for school nurses and COVID-19 coordinators (including gloves, gowns, procedure masks and face shields)

? A reserve supply of adult-size cloth face coverings for distribution to staff or family members who may not have one

? 2 gallons of hand sanitizer per school ? A set of posters encouraging mask wearing

Resource Distribution Schedule and Locations

We have identified the following Agency of Transportation (AOT) facilities around Vermont as distribution locations. Your resources will available for pickup from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the following days:

? Monday, August 24, 2020: Central Vermont (Berlin) and Colchester (Chittenden Cohort 1)

? Tuesday, August 25, 2020: St. Albans and St. Johnsbury ? Monday, August 31, 2020: Bennington and Colchester (Chittenden Cohort 2) ? Tuesday, September 1, 2020: Windham County (Dummerston) and Rutland and

Southern Addison County (Mendon) ? Wednesday, September 2, 2020: Hartford

Each SU/SD or independent school has been assigned a garage facility and a pickup day. To the greatest extent possible, that is the closest facility to the school or district. Please check the list below to find your SU/SD or school.
