VOCABULARY WORDS FOR THE WEEK:

These words will appear on the reading test on Thursday, February 25th. A list of these words and their definitions will be sent home with your child today.
SUPER STUDENT
Parker McDonald will be our next Super Student. We look forward to learning about Parker and having him share his pictures with us on Friday, March 5th!
DISMISSAL TIMES FOR THE WEEK
School will be dismissed at 2:00 P.M. on Monday-Thursday this week.
NO SCHOOL THIS FRIDAY
There will be no school for students this Friday, February 26th. Several of the teachers/staff will be receiving their 2nd COVID vaccine on that day, and it will be a Remote Learning Planning Day (at school) for the teachers.
TEST THIS WEEK
The students will take the Unit 5 Math Test on Wednesday and Thursday of this week. We will review in class for this test.
WAY TO GO, 2ND GRADERS!
I am proud of all of the 2nd graders for doing such an excellent job on the winter Aimsweb tests for Reading and Math! These aren’t tests to study for, so how your child does is based off of what he/she knows and has learned. I will send home a copy of your child’s results like you received in the fall.
