Mathematics

Begin working on your Plan a Party Project! The project is due May 10, 2020.

This project will work towards improving your grade average. Read all instructions for your project. Please follow directions! If you have any concerns or questions, email your child’s teacher. The project is posted on the Crump Elementary website and on Facebook. Have fun!

Homework: Complete your Math HW sheet each day. SHOW YOUR WORK! Use the RDW strategy!

I Ready Math: Get on I-Ready Math for at least 45 minutes each day with at least 95% accuracy! 45 minutes x 5 days a week is 225 minutes a week. Your child needs at least 3hrs. 1 minute each week! . Please check your child’s work.

Discovery Education: Google search edugoodies. Click on the Clever Icon. Click on student and sign in using your username and password. There are two Math videos assigned to you. Write a paragraph telling your teacher what you learned about the videos. Email the paragraph to your teacher.

Reading

Literacy: · Get on I Ready for 45 minutes each day with at least at least 95% correct.                                   · Read 20 minutes (you can read to yourself, to the person in the mirror, to someone else, to a stuffed animal, etc.). 

Reading:  The Food Chain

• All students in grades 1-12 will have the opportunity to complete an optional assignment to earn three (3) to five (5) numeric points toward their final quarter 3 grade.

• The assignment is optional, but students who are within five (5) numeric points of a higher letter grade - especially those who are within five (5) numeric points of passing - are highly encouraged to participate in this grade improvement opportunity.·

• ·All assignments must be submitted between May 4th and May 11th and will not be accepted after 11:59 p.m. on May 11th.

• The assignment is posted on the Crump  Elementary School page.
