Download a program such as iMole for OS-X or Chime for Windows that can read pdb files. Download, view, edit and label two or more molecules. Include a printout of two or more molecules and discuss how this software may be used in the science curriculum.

Using iMole, I can demonstrate 3D representation of the atomic structures of molecules and rotate or manipulate those to provide students with a better visualization. Using this software student can explore the structure of various atomic bonds and their characteristics.
