Near real time data exchange system

Surface temperature (Ts) at each location is horizontally interpolated from neighboring PARLAM-PS cells, vertically projected to zref and temporally interpolated to hourly values from the original 3-hour data. Stability class (Cs) is obtained as a function of the surface wind speed and takes a different value for daytime and nighttime conditions. ................
