There are over 750 realtors in the Tri-County Area, and she is consistently in the top 10. 20% of their business is in the Germantown Hills/Metamora area. In the Germantown Hills area there were 46% of sales just in the school district. In 2015 Michelle’s sales were up 15% in volume and 17% in transactions. Homes available now in Germantown Hills school district are 42 homes/condos; only 5 lots for sale. From Spring Bay to Metamora there are 127 lots available. In the last 10 years, Michelle has sold over 400 properties in Woodford County. Last year in the Germantown Hills area there were only 2 new constructions; and 117 residences transferred utilities.
