Strategic PlanningKayleigh/AllStrategic Planning-create new logic model. Questions for consideration:If we got it right, what would mental health in Monroe County look like in 10-20 years? If our coalition were operating at our very best, what would we be achieving? What changes in programs, policies, and practices are necessary to reach our vision? If we have reached our “vision” what has changed to allow that? What changes would we expect to see in the behavior/actions of those we serve? What changes in knowledge, beliefs, and attitudes would you expect to see in groups you serve? What changes would we expect to see in the next year if we are heading in the right direction? What do we need to do to create changes? What new or different activities would it take to create change?/What must be undertaken to make change possible? (What can we “count” when we successfully do these?)What do we have and what do we need to make this happen?Kayleigh facilitated process-see last page.
