From February 10 to April 26, 2015 you can receive a mail-in rebate for 20% of the total purchase price of four qualifying Gabriel? ride control products, up to a maximum of $125, when you submit a valid rebate claim. Rebate amount will be determined by the total amount spent on any four qualifying Gabriel products purchased, less any discounts, and excluding taxes, installation/labor, and shipping fees.

REDEMPTION REQUIREMENTS

Purchase four qualifying products. Gabriel qualifying products are Gabriel UltraTM, MaxControlTM, ReadyMountTM, and StrutMountsTM. Send this completed rebate form and the required proof-of-purchase for the four qualifying Gabriel products to the address indicated below. You must remove and submit the carton end flaps with the Gabriel part number and UPC code to qualify for this rebate. Submissions must be postmarked by May 21, 2015. Gabriel is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected mail. Retain copies of all items (including receipt/work order and carton end flaps with UPC code) for your records. All submissions must be received by May 29, 2015.

You must submit the following items to receive your rebate check:

1. Dated sales receipt with store identification showing the purchase of four qualifying Gabriel units OR, if installed, the original work order identifying eligible product part numbers. Cost of installation/labor fees do not count towards the qualifying minimum spend amount and must be shown separate from cost of products.

Receipt must be dated February 10 to April 26, 2015. If the store is not identified on receipt, please have the receipt stamped with store name and location at the time of purchase.

Product part numbers must be identified on the sales receipt. See list below for qualifying products.

2. Gabriel carton end flaps for each product purchased showing Gabriel part number as identified on the sales receipt and UPC code.

3. This form must be completely filled out.

REBATE RULES:

Four qualifying Gabriel units may consist of any combination of these Gabriel branded products: Gabriel UltraTM, MaxControl TM, ReadyMountTM, or StrutMounts TM. Combination purchases of qualifying shocks, struts, cartridges and spring seats will be honored as long as four total units are purchased. Rebate amount will be based on the purchase price of four qualifying Gabriel products, less any discounts, and excluding taxes, installation/labor, and shipping fees.

These Gabriel branded products do not qualify for this promotion: ProGuard TM, Guardian TM, Classic?, HiJacker?, Load Carrier/Spring Assist, LTV (TM), Steering Dampers, Steering Stabilizers and Strut Cushions?.

No rain checks. Offer limited to one rebate per vehicle; limit two rebates per family or address. Offer open to end consumers or vehicle owners only; requests from businesses or organizations will not be honored, acknowledged or returned. Gabriel reserves the right to confirm identification. Please allow six to eight weeks for shipment of your check. Visit to check rebate status.
