Organizational Behavior

Final Review

• The exam will come from class discussion and assigned readings. You will need to be able to apply concepts to situations and integrate the material with the readings. A list of all references used in the course this semester will be provided identical to the list found below.

• Final exam date is May 6th from 9:00-11:00. If you have a conflict please contact me ASAP. Failure to show up for the exam will result in a zero for the exam. No late exams will be given.

3 Essay Questions

Q1 (worth 50 points) – Theory application. Scenario where you will need to apply specific theories and concepts discussed in the second half of the semester.

Q2 (worth 30 points) – Application of Organizational development and change model (focus on stages 4, 5, & 6). Organizational scenario with issues identified. This is a broad integrative question where you will need to apply everything we learned and implement a strategy of organizational development. You will have to give detailed implementation solutions and draw a stream analysis.

Q3 (worth 20 points) – Integration of material and readings. Based on the things we have learning in class this semester you will have to make a recommendation regarding effective management of people. You will need to back up recommendations with theories or readings.
