This document provides information on who to contact and/or where to go to apply for Medi-Cal in your county if you were in foster care at age 18 or older. These contacts can also help if you are having an issue with your Medi-Cal coverage. A means this is the best and easiest way to sign up for Medi-Cal in that county. If there isn't a star, we listed the main county office where you can go to apply. There may be other offices where you can apply in your county.
