A proctor from our list must be present immediately before, during, and immediately after the exam. If you receive a passing score on your exam, an online proctor form will appear on the screen. Your proctor must fill out and submit this information immediately and completely. The Grades Department sends an email to the proctor's email address that was entered on the online proctor form requesting confirmation that the exam was monitored in accordance with our policies. The proctor must reply back to that email with a positive response in order for us to accept the exam attempt as valid.

Post-Course Affidavit and Certificate of Completion In addition to receiving proctor confirmation, we must receive a signed affidavit from the student after he/she has completed the course. Once we have received proctor confirmation and the signed affidavit, we activate the corresponding course completion certificate on the student account homepage. Student completion information is also included on a weekly roster submitted to the state.
