How to Use Dominion Credit Union's Mobile Banking & Mobile Deposit Features

Part 1: Downloading and Enabling Mobile Deposit

1. Log on to your Online Banking account (not the app). 2. Open the "Your Preferences"

drop-down menu and select "Mobile."

3. Check the box next to "Yes, enable my User ID and Password for use on my mobile device." You should also click the "Mobile Authorizations" tab and enter a 4-digit mobile authorization code to create optional extra protection on your account. Then click submit.

4. Open the "Account Services" drop-down menu and select "Mobile Deposit Enrollment."

5. Read and agree to the Mobile Deposit "Terms & Conditions." Then click "Submit." 6. If you do not already have the app, type "Dominion Credit Union" into your App Store's search bar and

Part 2: Depositing a Check

1. Open up the app on your phone and select "Mobile Deposit."

Picture not working? Try this:

? Use a darker, plain background ? Make sure all 4 corners of the check

are visible ? Make sure check amount and number

are correct ? Make sure check is endorsed ? Make sure you have not submitted

the check before

2. Follow the prompts to: a. Select the destination account. b. Enter the check number and amount. c. Snap photos of the back and front of the check.

Now what? After your deposit:

? Please review your account later to see if it has been approved or declined. While the app may accept your photo, the check may still be declined later due to standard check withholding.

? Read your monthly account statement to make sure the check was deposited. Keep your check in a secure location for 45 days. Then shred or destroy your check.

TAP "NEXT" AFTER EACH PHOTO

3. Submit the check.

After you hit "submit," don't close the app until you receive a message saying "Your media has been received."
