It has three main sections that include questions about: Monitoring results described in the Results TrackerPlanning anticipated evaluationsResources (financial, technical, and human) that you need for measurement and evaluationYou should begin working on this module after you have reached broad alignment with your Program Officer on the content in your Results Framework and Results Tracker. This module is intended to be revisited and refined over the course of your grant.If you find that a question is not relevant to your grant, please insert “N/A” or “Not Applicable”. If you do not have enough information or technical knowledge to answer some of the questions, work with your Program Officer to make a plan to revisit the questions at a later time. Your Program Officer may invite technical staff from the foundation to provide assistance in addressing your questions. Please contact your Program Officer or Program Coordinator if you need support on this module.
