Approval Table for Disposition
Instructions:
1. The first row of this table should reference what the PHA is proposing for disposition (e.g. existing ACC units/land that is in PIC). If proposed disposition is land only, building and unit information should be deleted.
2. The reamining of the table should reference what the PHA is proposing for the future use of the site after disposition (e.g. what the acquiring entity proposes to develop on the site). Rows/sections that do not apply should be deleted.
3. If the acquiring entity will acquire additional land/develop additional affordable units off-site (e.g. in different phases) of a redevelopment plan, those units should not be included in this chart. This chart should only include units that will redeveloped on the land proposed for disposition. The development of dditional off-site units can be referenced by the PHA in its application as an additional “commensurate public benefit” justifying a below fair market value disposition of the property.
4. If the PHA is proposing to dispose the site to more than one acquiring entities, additional copies of the table should be provided to HUD.
