The Fourth Annual PDAI Traffic Safety Conference is a unique opportunity for both police officers and prosecutors throughout the Commonwealth. It will provide a team-based approach to investigating and prosecuting a variety of traffic crime cases. A panel of well-qualified, engaging speakers will present on current topics of interest to both police and prosecutors. Of particular note, the conference will include a presentation by a pharmacist from a medical marijuana dispensary and a panel discussion of prosecutors who have handled Frye hearings on admissibility of testimony by DREs. Presenters will draw upon their collective decades of experience in the criminal justice system in providing you up-to-date, insightful information. This course has been approved for eleven (11) substantive CLE credits and one (1) ethics credit. A MPOETC credits application is pending.

The registration includes a one-night stay at the Graduate in State College, PA. There will be a buffet breakfast and morning and afternoon breaks with snacks provided. Lunch will be on your own, allowing you time to explore the many restaurant choices in downtown State College.
