There are six new categories of debilitating conditions:

Anxiety

Chronic pain related to musculoskeletal disorders

Chronic pain of visceral origin

Migraine

Tourette's Syndrome

Opioid use disorder

with medicationassisted therapy

$

There is a $100 registration fee for patients and caregivers.

Reduced $20 fee available for: v Veterans v Seniors v Individuals receiving

government assistance
