2. Examination of precordium – findings were raised JVP, mitral regurge murmur and shifter apex beat.

3. Viva with external on congestive heart failure with XRAY and ECG.

4. Examination of posterior chest – patient had COPD

5. Lower motor exam – patient had myotonic dystrophy

6. History taking of patient with high grade fever, malaria/typhoid.

7. Abdominal exam on patient with massive spleenomegaly.

8. Viva on CML patient (internal)

9. Examination of hand – patient had scleroderma

10. Phlebotomy procedure on model

11. General physical examination of patient with celiac disease

12. Obesity counseling.

1. Counseling for diabetic foot

2. XRAY massive pleural effusion. Write 2 D/Ds and 2 relative investigations.

3. ECG – V-Tachycardia. Write management.

4. Catheterization of male patient on model.

5. Examination of rheumatoid hands.

6. Examination of abdomen.

7. Examination of precordium.

8. Motor cranial nerve examinations. Patient had bells palsy

Station 9,10,11 are history taking, examination and viva on DM.

Prof 2012- MEDICINE – C

1. History taking from attendant of a patient with massive ascites (Hep C).

2. Abdominal examination of above patient (external)

3. Viva on CLD (internal)

4. Hands examination of a patient with scleroderma, though many people said Rheumatoid Arthritis and the external accepted that. (external)

5. Nasogastric tube insertion.

6. Counseling of diabetic foot.

7. History taking of a patient with shortness of breath (congestive heart failure or COPD)

8. Posterior chest examination of a baba with a bunch of findings no one agreed on.

9. VIVA on chest x ray, CXR had fibrosis and bronchiectasis - main things, and questionably a cavitation in right upper zone. Aso i could have sworn there was a tubular heart. idk. look up second line drugs of tb. (external)

10. Precordial examination. Patient had left ventricular hypertrophy, finding was pretty much tapping felt on apex beat palpation. No murmurs. Try to stay calm at this station. (external)

11. Lower limb motor examination, same patient as first group with limb girdle muscular dystrophy.

12. Thyroid examination - diffuse thyroid swelling, with carotid bruit

Prof 2012- MEDICINE – D

1. History taking of chronic cough and sputum

2. Posterior chest examination of patient with wheezes and crackles

3. Viva on previous patient with XRAY showing restrictive pattern

4. Abdominal examination of patient with liver cirrhosis, jaundiced, gynecomastia, ascites

5. General physical examination with external

6. Examine thyroid of patient with external

7. Viva with external on head injury management

8. Examine upper limbs of patient and tell findings

9. Perform IV procedure on model

10. Counsel patient – chronic smoker
