Quick Reference Guide

Placing a Call

Lift Handset and dial a number

Press a Line Button and dial a number

Press the Speaker Button and dial a number

Press the Headset Button and dial a number

Press the New Call softkey and dial a number

Press the Speed Dial Button and dial a number

Answer a Call

Lift Handset

Press the Answer softkey

Press Headset Key

Press Speaker Button

Ending a Call

Hang up the Handset

Press the End Call softkey

Press the Speaker Button

Parking a Call

Press the More softkey until you see the Park tab

Press the Park softkey

Note the park call number on the LCD display

To retrieve the parked call, dial the parked call number from any phone

Transferring a Call

Press the Transfer Softkey followed by the destination number

When the number begins to ring, press transfer again and hang-up

Announced Transfer Or

When the party answers, announce the call, press transfer, and hang-up

Transfer to Voicemail

How do you transfer a call directly to voicemail?

Press transfer, an *, the extension, transfer, hang-up

Forwarding all Calls

Press the Call Forward softkey and enter the destination number

Cancel Forwarding

Press Call Forward softkey

Place a call on hold

Press the Hold Key

Retrieve a Call from Hold

Press the Resume Key

Placing a Conference Call

Press the More Key, then the Confrn Softkey

Place a call to another party

When the party answers, press the Confrn softkey again to add the party to the call.

Repeat the process to add additional parties

Initiating a Meet Me Conference Call

Contact the CallManager Administrator to obtain a conference number

Lift the handset and press the more softkey to display the Meet-Me Softkey.

Press the Meet-Me softkey and enter the Meet Me Conference Number

Joining a Meet Me Conference

Dial the number provided by the Conference Initiator

Call Pickup - To answer a call to your extension from any other extension in your call group

Press Line, More, and the pickup softkey, then answer the call

Redial

Lift handset and press the redial softkey

Press the redial key alone to make call from the Speakerphone

Online Help

Press the ? button then any key for help about that key

Press the ? button twice quickly to display information about the selected feature

Press the ? button twice quickly during an active call for statistics about the call

Call History

Press the directories Button to display the directory menu

Use the scroll keys to highlight the desired call history option

Press the Select softkey

To speed dial a number in list, use the scroll keys to highlight, press Dial

Change Contrast

Press the Settings Key

Use the scroll key to highlight Contrast

Press Select

Use the Up/Down arrow keys to adjust Contrast

Press the OK softkey, then the Save softkey

Setup Voicemail

Press the Messages Key and follow instructions

Accessing Voicemail

Press the Messages Key and follow instructions

Using the Corporate Directory

Press the Directories Button

Use the scroll key to select Corporate Directory

Press Select softkey

Use the scroll key to select search by first name, last name, or number

Use the keypad to enter letters and numbers

Press dial to place a call to the resulting number

Information Services

Press Services

Use the scroll keys to highlight the desired service

Press Select to show information

Press Update key to refresh

Press Services key to exit

Change Ringer Type

Press Settings

Use scroll keys to highlight ringer type

Press Select to display list of ringer types

Press scroll keys to highlight ringer types

Press Play softkey

Press select, ok, save

Ringer Volume

While phone is idle press the Up/Down volume keys

During ringing press the Up/Down volume keys

Press settings and the save softkey

Handset, Headset, Speakerphone Volume

During a call press the volume Up/Down arrows to control the volume of the device in use. Handset, speakerphone, headset

Press settings and the save softkey

Mute

Press Mute button to activate Muting

Press Mute again to cancel

Voicemail First Time Setup

Press Voicemail Envelope Key

Enter default Password 612345 or 123456

Follow voice prompts to setup your account

Voicemail Main Menu

Press Voicemail Envelope Key

Enter Voicemail Password (First time use 612345 or 123456)

1 Listen to New Messages

2 Send a Message

3 Review Old Messages

4 Setup

0 Help

* Exit

Voicemail

Press Voicemail Envelope Key

Enter Voicemail Password

Press 1 to hear new Messages

After Listening to Message you have the following Options:

1 Repeat 6 Save as New

2 Save 7 Rewind

3 Delete 9 Message Summary

4 Reply # Skip Message

5 Forward * Exit

Voicemail Setup Menu

Press Voicemail Envelope Key

Enter Voicemail Password

Press 4

1 Greetings and Transfers-Alternate Greetings and Transfer Options

2 Message Settings - Notification, Playback (full or brief menus), private lists

3 Personal Settings- password, directory name, recorded name

0 Help

Voicemail External Access

To dial in from the outside . . .

Simply dial your DID number

Or

Dial the designated external Voicemail number 336-841-4610

When you hear your greeting press the * key

Enter your ID (Extension Number) followed by the # key

Enter your Password (Pin Number) followed by the # key
