Update on ITC Ruling Judge Thomas Pender, administrative law judge for the U.S. International

Trade Commission (ITC), has indicated that he will make an initial determination by May 21, 2012, in Kodak's patent infringement suit against Apple Inc. and Research In Motion Ltd. The target date for a final ruling is September 21, 2012.
