Plymouth “Dress for Your Day” Policy Quadion LLC / Minnesota Rubber & Plastics strongly emphasizes a need for employees to dress in a way that represents the professionalism and quality of our organization. The personal appearance of our employees reflects and influences the overall company image to our customers and to each other. We expect employees to care about their personal appearance and to ensure that their grooming and dress projects a positive self-image and that of the company. This reflects employee pride and inspires customer confidence. Definition of “Dress for your Day”Employees are encouraged to “dress for their day”. In general, employees should follow a “Business Casual” dress code. Jeans are acceptable unless you have customer meetings or other engagements that dictate a more formal business casual dress code. In general, please remember:Clothes should be clean, neat and wrinkle-free.Jeans must be office appropriate (no holes, frays, excessive fading, or overly baggy styles)No athletic shoes, t-shirts, sweatpants or sweatshirts (crew neck, hooded, or zip up)Men’s shirts must have a collar. Sweaters are also acceptable. If you’re not sure a piece of clothing is appropriate, don’t wear it.Managers have the discretion to determine appropriateness in appearance.
