Consumer Tier Eligibility: Program limited to Tiers A1 - T2, subject to credit approval Commercial Tier Eligibility: Program limited to Tiers A & B, subject to credit approval Commercial and Consumer Van minimum amount financed - $10,000 Commercial and Consumer Van Standard Advance Rate Guidelines for financed amounts UP TO 110% Commercial and Consumer Van Maximum amount financed must not exceed 110% of Van MSRP Commercial and Consumer Van Standard rates apply when Amount to Finance exceeds $75,000 Commercial and Consumer Van Balloons are not eligible for this program Eligible vehicles previously DDR'd as CVP are eligible for special rates All cab-chassis, small/medium fleet, international fleet, national fleet and Dealer Van Program do not qualify for special retail financing

Commercial and Consumer Van FMV Lease Cash Program

$900 FMV Lease Cash available for New MY 2016 Metris units $500 FMV Lease Cash available for New MY 2016 & 2017 Sprinter units

Program Terms and Conditions: Vehicle Eligibility: New MY 2016 & 2017 Sprinter models eligible for $500 FMV Lease Cash and MY2016

Metris Vans eligible for $900 FMV Lease Cash. MBUSA marketing units purchased at auction and Exclusive Dealer Demo (EDD) units are not eligible. Contract Date Eligibility: Contracts must be dated between April 1, 2017 and May 1, 2017 and received by MBFS for funding no later than May 15, 2017. Tier Eligibility: Program available for all commercial and consumer customers, subject to credit approval by MBFS and published guidelines. Contracts in the name of an authorized Mercedes-Benz Van franchise dealer or an affiliated entity are ineligible. Not available for municipalities. FMV Lease Cash paid directly by MBUSA via the Market Support System. FMV Lease Cash is combinable with MBUSA Dealer Cash and Consumer Cash. FMV Lease Cash is NOT combinable with Dealer and Courtesy Van Program incentives.
