Base Service Unit (BSU) Directory

Initializing Services

When a child receives Behavioral Health Rehabilitative Services, it is recommended that the child also receive supports coordination services through a Base Service Unit. The family may enroll with the Base Service Unit of their choice. The Supports Coordinator is invited to all treatment planning meetings and is available to identify services and resources that may further benefit your child and family. Please contact a Base Service Unit and inform them that you wish to enroll your child with a Supports Coordinator.
