Meridian Health Systems

Ocean Medical Center

? Many years had lapsed between the 2013 project and the first JSC installed back in 1999.

? This new wing includes a new Emergency Department and Patient Care space. The HVAC system is comprised of new Daiken Chillers (and related pumps and variable speed drives), Air Handling systems, tracking VAV boxes, new reheat coils and other HVAC equipment ? all of it designed and installed to operate at optimal efficiency.

? Jersey State Controls worked very closely with the construction manager Torcon, and their mechanical contractor the Barham Group. Every point on every new system was checked out by JSC technicians and the commissioning agents.

? All of the HVAC systems are tied back to the Owners front end graphics package for close monitoring of the new systems.

"JSC and their technicians did a great job commissioning and starting up the new controls system at Ocean Medical. They provided great communication and kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend them and look forward to continuing business with JSC".
