Hours of Operation & Drop-off Locations

All first time users of the Meridian Ambulatory Pharmacy must register their demographic information prior to filling a prescription.

For JSUMC, Data Center, Parkway 100, Meridian at Home-Eatontown, MNR-Shrewsbury and MNR-Ocean Grove Team Members, you may register as a pharmacy user by simply picking up a form at your site or call the JSUMC pharmacy location during regular hours of operation at ext. 67-64750.

For OMC, SOMC, MNR-Wall and Brick, Meridian at Home-Wall, Ocean Care Center, Occupational Health and Corporate Team Members, you may register as a pharmacy user by picking up a form at the Ambulatory Pharmacy located on the 1st floor next to the Gift Shop at OMC or by calling ext 680-4545 during regular business hours.

For RMC and BCH team members, you may register as a pharmacy user by picking up a form at the Ambulatory Pharmacy located on the 1st floor next to the chapel at RMC or by calling (732) 450-2602 during regular business hours.

All physician phone orders during or after business hours must be done through the JSUMC, OMC, or RMC Ambulatory Pharmacies. If you have any questions regarding Meridian Ambulatory Pharmacy services, please call ext. 67-64750 at JSUMC or ext 680-4545 at OMC or 670-2602 at RMC.

Team members will have the ability to call in refills through the IVR phone system. ? New or Refill Prescriptions called in after close of business will be available by second business day. ? After-hour calls for refills or from physicians to JSUMC or OMC locations only. ? Mail Box for after-hours prescription drop for JSUMC, OMC, RMC, BCH and SOMC locations.
