Please be sure to check our website trmspirate. for any updates and announcements.Attendance PolicyRegular attendance is extremely important! Schools around the district are being monitored by the hour for daily attendance. Tardies, missing class periods, partial days, and/or checking out early from school will be monitored on a regular basis. Students and parents are encouraged to schedule appointments, vacations, trips, etc. at a time so that children can remain in school each day, all day. Please make every effort to have your child at school each day and on time. If a student has 3 absences, teachers will contact parents/guardians and will devise plan of intervention. Further absences will result in intervention outlined by the Metro Schools’ Attendance office or to the Attendance Review Board, a division of the Metropolitan Nashville/ Davidson County Juvenile Court. In the event of an absence:Always send a note when you child returns to school to explain reason for absence.
