Opening a PST file (Microsoft archived mail)
Step 1) Open the Outlook client.
Step 2) Go to File / Open -> Outlook Data File.

Step 3) Browse to the location of your PST. The default location of an Outlook PST file is C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook.
If you want to open your GroupWise Archive that has been converted into a PST file, you must browse to the location of the PST file on the network. For this example, the PST file has been placed in the Common directory under Archives and the name of the GroupWise domain and post office from which you migrated.

Once you open the PST file, a folder structure will be created in your Outlook left pane called “GroupWise Archive.”
