1. Microsoft? Office Professional Plus Edition 2007 License with Software Assurance (a minimum of 5 Office L&SA must be purchased to qualify for this offer).

2. Microsoft? Office Small Business Edition 2007 License with Software Assurance (a minimum of 5 Office L&SA must be purchased to qualify for this offer).

3. Academic Edition software or license programs and government software or license programs are excluded from this offer. Only purchases through a new Open License Value 2.0 License agreement will be eligible for this offer. Purchases through an existing Open License Value 1 License agreement are excluded from this offer.

1. All purchases for this offer must be made between 1st November 2007 and 29th February 2008 ("Promotion Period"). Microsoft reserves the right to alter the Promotion Period in its sole discretion.

2. Qualifying Businesses must successfully complete this form and send it to Microsoft Services by 5pm on 30th March 2008 to receive the rebate amount.

3. Qualifying Businesses are limited to one (1) redemption per purchasing entity, including all related companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and sister businesses.

4. "Redemption" is defined as completing the redemption form available on the Web site, attaching a copy of the proof of purchase of the qualifying software license suites and sending the registration form to the address on the form.

5. Failure to register by 5pm 30th March 2008 forfeits a Qualifying Business' right to receive the rebate from this promotion. No correspondence will be entered into hereafter.

Each Qualifying Business is eligible for a maximum of $10,000 in rebate dollars for all licenses purchased. For the purposes of this promotion, a Qualifying Business includes the purchasing entity and all related companies, including all affiliates, subsidiaries and sister businesses. This means that the rebate dollars received by any related company, affiliate, subsidiary or sister business will count towards the maximum amount of $10,000 that a Qualifying Business is eligible for.

Software acquired through charity pricing, TechNet, MSDN or Action Pack Subscriptions ? Academic Edition software or license programs and government software or license programs are excluded from the program.

Any editions of Microsoft Office other than as listed under "The qualifying software license suites for this offer are:" above ? Microsoft software pre-installed or supplied by an Original Equipment Manufacturer ? Software purchased as part of an existing Open License Value 1 License agreement.

The Microsoft Office Rebate will be paid by cheque to the company whose name appears on the proof of purchase as the purchaser of the licences. Microsoft will not issue the Microsoft Office Rebate unless it can verify that all of the criteria in these terms and conditions have been met by the Qualifying Business.

If a Qualifying Business purchases a qualifying software license suite through an Open License Agreement and subsequently exercises its right to cancel the Open License Agreement then any rebate that has been issued to that Qualifying Business will be cancelled.

Offer is only valid in New Zealand, all purchases of qualifying software license suites must be made with a New Zealand reseller/partner.
