Student Procedures for Participating in a Teams Meeting ? Make sure you open Teams first before clicking the Teams Meeting link in

Canvas. ? After you join the meeting, mute your microphone. ? Only turn your microphone back on when your teacher requests it. ? Use the Chat feature when your teacher requests it. ? Remember you are online with everyone from your class, wait to ask

questions and ensure to take turns when talking. ? Click on the Hand button to raise your hand. ? Only be in the Teams Meeting when the teacher is present. Join when it is

your time frame and Hang Up when the meeting is done.

Microsoft Teams ? Joining a Meeting Mobile Call the phone number and enter the Conference ID number.

BCPS students ? Sign In with your Student ID Number and Clever password.

1. Login to Clever. 2. Click on the Canvas app. 3. Click your teacher's course. 4. Click on Announcements 5. Click on the Meeting link. 6. Go back to your Clever Dashboard. 7. Click on the Office365 app. 8. Click on Teams.

Or, Click on a Teams web app bookmark in Google Chrome. 9. Click on the Cancel button.

If Teams asks to allow the camera and microphone, please click on the Accept button.

10. Option 1: Click on the Join on the Web instead button

Option 2A: Click on the Download the Windows app button to download the Teams application.

Option 2B: Click on the Open Microsoft Teams button. This will open the Teams application.
