Holgate Middle School

Listed below are the school supplies parents are asked to provide for their child. After school begins, there may be additional requests.

GENERAL SUPPLIES:

_____ 2-- 3" Binders (be sure it has round rings, no D-clips)--to be used for Math and Language Arts _____ 2 packages of loose leaf paper _____ 1 orange folder with 3-holes to fit inside the binder _____ 2 Pencil pouches that can be clipped inside each binder (5 Star has good options) _____ 3 Highlighters (orange, yellow, and pink) _____ Pencils, mechanical are okay (replenish throughout the year) _____ 2 large erasers _____ 5 Ultra Fine Point Sharpies (black) (One of these should be saved for art class) _____ 2 packs of colored pencils _____ 1 pack of colored markers _____ 1 ruler (inch/centimeter) _____ 4 glue sticks _____ 1 bottle of Elmer's glue (to be used in Art class) _____ 2 red pens _____ Scissors--6" or 8" _____ 2 Jumbo book covers _____ 1-- 3-subject spiral notebook _____ 2 spiral notebooks (1 subject) _____ 3 boxes of Kleenex or Puffs _____ 1- Combination-style padlock (no key) for PE class

The required physical education uniform is available at Shoe Science in the Lakewood Mall.

Special supplies for Art, FACS, and Industrial Technology will be explained as students report to those classes.
