REQUIREMENTS:

1.

Student must be a CCFCU member (Must have their own account)

for a least one (1) year.

2.

Amount of scholarship is $2500, which will be paid $1250 per

semester.

3.

Must graduate from high school in the spring of the current year.

4.

Scholarship is for any college or university.

5.

Applies for freshman year only.

6.

Must have 3.0 GPA or better and must maintain 3.0 or better to qualify for the

2nd semester. Copy of transcript required.

7.

Minimum of 12 hours per semester.

8.

One letter of recommendation from a counselor or teacher.

9.

Written essay about participation in school activities, community involvement,

future goals.

10. Proof of enrollment at chosen college before the disbursement of funds, for first

and second semester.
