On behalf of the board of governors of the Corporate Counsel Section, we are pleased to present your 2011 ? 2012 section membership directory. Publication of this directory achieves an important section goal for 2011. With the information available in the directory, we hope that you will become more involved in the work of the section and build upon your professional relationships.

This directory contains the current contact information for each member of the section as provided to the VSB or in response to our request for updated information sent out earlier this year. We apologize, in advance, for any errors. Corrections or updates are also welcomed and we hope to continue the publication of a section membership directory in coming years. This directory is intended for the exclusive use of the corporate counsel section membership for networking and to help section members improve our practices. The directory is not intended for commercial solicitation or marketing activities and may not be used for such.

It is an honor to serve as the twenty-first chair of the Corporate Counsel Section. The success of the section is based on the participation of its members. We are pleased to have you as a member and we strongly encourage your active participation in section life. Anyone interested in learning more about the section or getting involved in section activities should feel free to contact me or any other member of the board of governors directly. The section's annual membership meeting and election of the board of governors will take place during the VSB annual meeting at Virginia Beach in June 2012. I hope to see you there!
